This popular double en-suite room has a sea view to the rear of the house. There is an en-suite shower room with wc and wash basin. It is centrally heated, has a 19" LCD Digital Freeview tv, hot drinks tray, hairdryer, fresh towels and soap provided.
Room 1.
This is our premier room and has great sea and coastal views. The emphasis in this room is on quality and comfort. There is a Kingsized bed with a handtufted pocket sprung mattress and Egyptian cotton bedding. Relax in the real leather tub chairs and enjoy the views with a hot drink from the complimentary hot drinks tray, or watch your favourite programme on the 19" LCD digital freeview tv. There is a spacious en-suite with an oversized shower and Supima cotton towels. The bedroom furniture is handcrafted English Oak and is designed for your comfort and ease of use. There is a built-in wardrobe with luggage storage and a large dressing table with hairdryer provided. By prior arrangement, this room can have a single bed added for twin occupancy for a set up charge of £15 (this fee is waived for prior bookings of 3 nights or more).

Room 2.
This is a large, bright and airy room which is south facing. The bay window overlooks Ayr Field and there is a view to St Ives Bay from the left side. This room has a double bed and a spacious seating area. It has a small but well equipped en-suite shower room with wc and wash basin. It is centrally heated and has a 19" LCD Digital Freeview tv, hot drinks tray, hairdryer, fresh towels and soap. For a £15 set up fee a single bed can be added to this room for twin occupancy (this fee is waived for prior bookings of 3 nights or more).
